Jesse was personable and professional. We discussed my needs. Jesse provided input and pictures that helped me make decisions about color, shower heads, and more. At installation, Dusty kept me up to date on the process and asked questions when my input was needed. I am very pleased with the result. We are so happy with our new bathtub and shower! Tubbs By Grubbs was so easy to work with. They did a great job of communicating appointment/installation times and updates about order and delivery status. Everyone showed up exactly when they said they would. The installation guy had it installed in a day and a half (ours had to have a little extra cement drying time or it would have been done in one day) and he did a great job of cleaning up. It looks awesome! 10/10 would totally recommend Tubbs By Grubbs!!

Love my shower/tub with window combination. Phillip and David were excellent, explained everything, cleaned up everything, 1.5 day install, followed up with a call to check on how shower and tub were functioning. Will definitely recommend them.
